Biography

Tomoyuki Morita is an associate professor at the Professional School of Education, Yamagata University, Japan. He has been involved in a number of school reforms based on the philosophy of “learning community”, especially in Yamagata. His research interests cover history of education in a local community in Japan and action research on building “learning community”.
